Gatehouse (originally part of the Stevens Castle)
This is what’s left of the Stevens Castle! It is our main entrance on 6th street, although many of our academic buildings precede this landmark. It now serves as our Campus Police HQ, with the Stevens emblem in plain sight.

Here’s a south-facing view of Wittpenn Walk. This path goes all the way from the Howe Center to lower-campus, with many of the dormitories as well as the library and athletic facilities right by it.

Wesley J. Howe Center
This 14-story building houses all of our administrative offices, from the Student Service Center to Undergraduate Academics, and even our dinning hall! It was built in 1962, replacing the 40-room mansion previously owned by the Stevens family. Known by many alumni as the “Stevens Center.”

Here another view of the NYC skyline from Stevens. This shot, taken in front of one of the dormitories, serves as a great example of what us students get to see on our way to class everyday!

The Torch Bearers
Presented to the university in 1964, it was a gift from American Sculptor Anna Hyatt Huntington. It is cast in aluminum, and stands 16 feet tall! The library is right behind it.

The breathtaking view from Castle Point! It is one of only two academic points on the Hudson River, and I’m going to say that, I might be biased, but I think this one’s nicer! It’s also the highest elevation point in Hoboken, at 100 feet over sea level.
